Good Afternoon!

We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2025-26 PA State Grant Form (SGF) process . Starting June 4, PHEAA will begin to email eligible students using the email address they used on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®). As in previous years, first time applicants will be required to complete the SGF. New this year, students with a previously completed 2024-25 SGF may be required to complete another SGF for the 2025-26 academic year. If needed, students will be prompted on what items to complete. Emails will direct students to Account Access to complete the SGF. If a valid email address is not available, PHEAA will send a letter via U.S. postal mail encouraging the student to complete the form online. Emails from PHEAA will originate from StateGrantsandSpecialPrograms2@pheaa.org. Students should be encouraged to add this to their address book to make sure these important emails do not move to their junk or spam folders. Please note, our supplemental communications to students may come from a different email address however they will still have a pheaa.org email domain.

Emails are expected to begin the evening of June 4, 2025, and will be sent on a rolling basis over the next few weeks. Please note, students do not need to wait for their email to apply; they can visit Account Access at any time to set up an account or fill out the SGF (if required).

To set up Account Access or access the SGF:

  1. Go to pheaa.org
  1. Open the Sign In menu
  1. Choose “Borrowers & Students”
  1. Select “Continue to AES Account Access”
  1. Create an account and provide any necessary information. If students have already created an account, they should enter their account credentials to sign in

After signing in, the SGF will be on their dashboard if it's required to be completed.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
